Getting in shape
Earlier this year i started something that never thought i was ever going to do in my school life, i joined the cheerleading squad for the green house. I was so nervous when they asked for participants to join the team i hesitated a bit but i told my self that this year im going to get in shape and so i joined.When i joined i was paired with a stranger who was older than me and a stranger who was younger than me. I was told that they won last years cheer competition between houses. So i started my training which was everyday after school , my body ached so much i can't even express it , from that day i knew how bad of a shape i was in. I then devoted hours in my busy schedule to pure exercise no joke just exercise , the results paid of as i could lift up people and throw them with ease , but of course i got injured many times mainly my knees and wrist but i pushed though and continued training because i knew this is what i love to do . I was starting to get good at this whole cheer thing and i continued to get in shape but when we got the news that the cheer competitions had been canceled due to bad weather i started to stop exercising and started to lose muscle tone . After cheer was canceled i focused more on studies but sacrifice my exercise time and begun eating more i think i gained about 2 kg of fat over the months but now i devised a schedule for both studies and exercise to maintain optimum mental strength and physical strength .
