The Last Pick

I haven' t played basketball in a very long time mainly because i'm the guy who is interested in the sport but was never picked by any team because of my lack of friends that play basketball and i was a midget in the school. My former school is very popular because of its basketball related achievements . Because of that i went on to pursue badminton , i was quite good at that but was never great . So after that i went on to playing futsal, but was forever interested in playing basketball. I was quite good at playing futsal with my close friends, but i never played well with my classmates as they are more dependent on classmates that show their superiority up front , i was never that kind of person . After a while when i was seldom given the chance to even get to touch the ball, even some of my friends think that they are so damn skilled that they don't even pass the ball to anyone . Thinking that they are god damn Cristiano Ronaldo loses the ball and complains that other player didn't support them. It's tremendously frustrating when i really analyse the match and conclude that other so called "better player" lose the ball more than anyone of the last picks every did, most of the time they blame me or the other last picks that we didn't do a good job in defending against the enemy team , when the place us in the position that we are not suited for . This really grinds my gears when people think that they are so good to the point that they forget what the sport is about in the first place which is about TEAMWORK. At one point , i could not stand it anymore and i switched my sport to basketball, and i can safely say that it makes a hell lot of difference. I was appreciated by my friends and we constantly pass around . I turned out to be better than i expected , and my friends keep passing the ball to me . But i never forget the feeling of becoming on of the last picks and i always give to under appreciated a chance in playing . I seldom choose the strong players and give the underdogs a chance to shine as they don't have an ego bigger then themselves. Before i went to play basketball , the amount of players was miniscule but when i started playing my other friends started playing with me. In conclusion , don't care what other's say , it doesn't matter if you're the last pick or not ,it whether or not you put in the effort to strive towards your ultimate goal, and do you know how i do that..... by Not Giving a Ounce Of Crap What Anyone Says About Me .
