Special Teachers Award
Many students like to pick teachers that treat them nicely the award for special teacher but although a nice teacher acts as a helping hand that does not make them special, teachers are obligated to treat students nicely so there is nothing special about a teacher that is particularly friendly to a student. Many people also think that the oldest teacher should be awarded the prize but many people don't realize that they are just picking them out of respect not because they are special.
Respecting our elders may be important but that should not give them the edge on receiving the award. But on the contrary, older teachers have been serving the school for a good amount of time and they had sacrificed many hours of their life trying to prepare the next days lesson or even provide extra classes for struggling students. Although these contributions to the students are remarkable these extra doings are not happening in the school rather outside the school.
Many people think that the teacher that is caring should receive the award but then many people are skeptical on why students pick the most caring teacher . The reason behind this is students sometimes struggle in school and in dire need of some motivation to get though school life , and this is when the caring teacher comes in. They provide mental support to provide the students with some motivation to study and to never give up. These teachers are more commonly know as counselors . They are hired and trained in order to help the students tackle their emotional problems.
But in my opinion the teacher that is one of a kind should receive the special teachers award . A teacher that is genuinely having a whole heart while teaching and when being social with teachers or students they would make them feel better about themselves because they themselves know the struggles the students face because they have first hand experience in handling such a conundrum.
These teachers are one of kind and they don't teach because it's their job but because they love doing what they do which is educate the next generation
